Brook was one of my students in June of 2006. She was one of my best 7 year old students. In this video she demonstrates the proper way to tack, using the tiller extension so she can move the tiller to the lee side of the boat without moving, changing sides when the boom does, and returning the tiller extension to the top of the tiller after the tack. Ok, so she did say "Jibe, HO" once instead of "Helm's a'lee". She also learned to jibe the Flying Scot, and was very good at it.
