Macgregor Park is on the Leon River arm of Lake Belton. The picnic areas are right on the water, bring your own water as the park doesn't have any. A really nice place to spend the day. Restrooms and a boat ramp.

Directions:
On Hwy 36, south of the bridge, turn right on Macgregor Park Rd.
turn right on Moffet
Go 0.4 miles to park.
If you're coming north on 36 you can just turn left on Moffet 4.7 miles north of 317.
