I did not see the serial number on the transom, but it has a id plate inside the boat. It is very hard to read but, I think I made out "Builder = MORIN", " Serial 8142" and then a plug number of 9981. I think MORIN was a French builder

I just wanted to let you know that I have already sold the boat. One week on Craig's list and it's gone. It kind of surprised me that is sold so quick and at full price and in the winter and with a slow economy!
