1977 North American 23
fair shape.
She has been in the water for two years now and has seen very little use.
Needs a good cleaning, new hatch, and various other small things.
Sails are decent. Main, roller furling genoa, and spinnaker.

Buy this boat before I get the time to do some work on her and the price goes up, really would like to see her go to someone who needs an inexpensive way onto the water.
Would you please mark my NA 23 that I listed last week as sold? Overwhelming response and everyone involved got a great deal.
