Swing keel
good condition
Lyle Hess design, all rigging and hull are overbuilt for the size of the boat.
The hull is made of fiberglass over wood construction (heavy duty) with no known blisters and only minor surface spidering. A few minor nicks in topside gel-coat can be easily repaired.
5' 6" headroom
Running rigging entirely rigged aft to the cockpit. All rigging hardware is heavy duty stainless. The aluminum mast and boom are very heavy duty for the boat's size.

1987 Johnson 9.9HP 2 stroke outboard with long shaft. It's permanently fixed to transom and does not cavitate. The carburetor was recently overhauled and is in good running condition.
Draft: 5.5 Ft. with keel down, 26 inches with keel up. Keel has a heavy duty cable winch for easy raising/lowering of the keel.
Main sail and 150 genoa roller furler are in good shape. Also includes spinnaker w/ chute sock in excellent shape.
Recently painted bottom.
The winches and traveler hardware is in good working order.
Working head.
Seating in salon makes one bed, medium sized V-berth sleeps two and another single quarter berth under starboard side of cockpit. The boat will sleep a total of 4 adults and 1 small child below decks and two more in the cockpit.
Anchors: 1 Danforth with chain.
