Comments:
We have owned this boat since 1991. During that period we have performed many upgrades and improvements including a custom one person mast raising system, a heavy duty mast support, Red Mahogany stripped ceiling and elsewhere, deck paint, Bulkheads painted white, replaced the keel raising winch, added a solar panel with regulator and monitor & 2nd gel cell battery. We have recently replaced the trailer winch and modified trailer to center boat on loading. We replaced the Mercury OB with a 4 stroke Honda 8 HP that easily pushes "Sparrow" hull speed ( about 5-6 knotts) and is dependable, quiet and easy on fuel.
