BONGO, the sport boat for one. Upwind sailing the Bongo is pure sport boat hitting speeds of 6-7 kts, and downwind the ride is pure exhilaration-it has achieved speeds of 20 kts in 24 kts of wind. This boat is like a small Melges, yet is a single handed sport boat. Stiff carbon blades provide smooth feel and control at all speeds, and the bulb keel provides great stability The retractable bulb makes the boat just as easy to manage off the water whether it is hoisted or ramp launched. Lightweight carbon mast is easy to rig solo.

I purchased this BONGO April 2007 from its original owner but have not had a chance to sail it. It has been stored under canvas in a secure storage area since I purchased it. It includes the factory jib kit as well as main and spinnaker, and trailer specific to the Bongo.
