Access to intracoastal and Atlantic through Jacksonville.
Masthead sloop rig with fixed Keel--4'3" draft, 9'3" beam,
ACCOMODATIONS:
Sleeps 4 (two in V berth, two in main cabin
enclosed head with marine head and vanity with sink
Large cockpit with cushions
vinyl flooring in cabin and cockpit
Galley with sink and 2 burner alcohol stove
both sinks have foot pedals.
POWER:
Tohotsu 9.9 HP 4-stroke electric start outboard that runs
excellent.
Also has Atomic 4- 25 HP gasoline inboard that runs well
in reverse, but having trouble in forward gear.
SAILS:
Main with double reefing points
Harken roller furling with
150 Genoa.
both sails in good shape.

30 Amp. shore power 20 Amp built in battery charger
3 12 V Batteries
Two anchor rollers on bow

Bottom was painted with antifowling paint in 2006, and cleaned in 2007.
Has been in fresh water since cleaning.
