1974 Cape Dory Typhoon

  • She's a sweet little boat, very solid and in excellent condition that has only been sailed in fresh water.
  • She is 18 ft. 6 in. overall lenth and weighs 2000 lbs. Sail area approximately 160 sq. ft.
  • Sobstad sails, including main and genoa that are in excellent condition. There is a boom cover for mainsail and sunbrella (UV protection) along genoa's leech.
  • Harken roller furling with luff foil. High quality unit. A real plus!
  • Float off trailer in very good condition with tongue extension, bearing buddies, and repacked bearings. Takes 2 in. ball. 15 in. tires in new condition. Tows really well.
  • Cockpit and cabin cushions are in very good conditon.
  • New bottom paint(West Marine anti fouling) and boot stripe. Cockpit is self draining.
  • Teak cleaned and oiled.
  • Brass motor mount, paddle, danforth anchor with rode, fire extinguisher and hand pump.
  • All lines and rigging are in excellent shape.
  • Original gel coat is in very good condition and the cabin is clean and bright.
