1974 Cape Dory Typhoon
She's a sweet little boat, very solid and in excellent condition that has only been sailed in fresh water.
She is 18 ft. 6 in. overall lenth and weighs 2000 lbs. Sail area approximately 160 sq. ft.
Sobstad sails, including main and genoa that are in excellent condition. There is a boom cover for mainsail and sunbrella (UV protection) along genoa's leech.
Harken roller furling with luff foil. High quality unit. A real plus!
Float off trailer in very good condition with tongue extension, bearing buddies, and repacked bearings. Takes 2 in. ball. 15 in. tires in new condition. Tows really well.
Cockpit and cabin cushions are in very good conditon.
New bottom paint(West Marine anti fouling) and boot stripe. Cockpit is self draining.
Teak cleaned and oiled.
Brass motor mount, paddle, danforth anchor with rode, fire extinguisher and hand pump.
All lines and rigging are in excellent shape.
Original gel coat is in very good condition and the cabin is clean and bright.
