She's a sweet and beautiful little boat, very solid and in excellent condition that has only been sailed in fresh water.

Cockpit and cabin cushions are in very good conditon.
Bottom is fair and bottom paint in excellent condition. Topsides were professionally painted with awlgrip in a light cream color with red boot strip. Cockpit is self draining. Deck repainted with Interlux non-skid deck paint.
Deck and cockpit gel coat is in very good condition and the cabin is clean and bright.
All teak and bright work are in good condition.
