Roller furling genoa (removed right now but complete and comes with boat),
jib and main
Completely solid boat
Outboard motor available cheap
Trailer (solid but ugly)- new jack and winch, probably needs new bunkboards
Mast step has no decompression- VERY important on these older C22's
Clean interior, clean cushions

Lifejackets, portapottie
Has slight fiberglass damage in winch handle storage as well as traveller
area (see pix). Easy fix. May be fixed before someone buys the boat. I can
get it done cheaply.
