Sails are in good shape.

9.9 hp Evinrude outboard engine on back. Just got it back on boat after tune up. Works great!

Recent 12v car battery.
Anchor with long anchor line. Anchor hanger.
life jackets and other extras come with the boat.
Boat slip conveys with boat. Marshall Ford Marina. Closest Lake Travis
marina to downtown Austin.
Sailing Lessons are included in the price of the boat. Plus all the future
advice and tips. I am out at the lake a lot and I am more than happy to help
the new owners.
