This Catalina 22 MKII is a great family boat and is in very nice condition - clean and ready to use

The interior has a small galley, portapotty, fresh water tank, marine radio.
The Wing Keel only draws 2'6".
4hp Johnson four stroke - runs perfectly (about 5 years old and very little use)
No trailer, but new trailers are available.
