This is a well kept version of a popular mini-yacht that is a stable good performing sailboat. I have used it primarily for day sails and the occasional overnight aboard with the family. Its original swing keel was replaced professionally with a factory lead wing keel giving it the shoal draft benefits of the swing keel without the maintenance problems. This is the same wing keel that Catalina used when they obsoleted the swing keel in later models. Additional pictures and info are available upon request.
