1978 Catalina 27
Solid, large sailboat that sleeps up to 4 comfortably (has room to sleep up to 8).
Top paint from fall 2009, bottom paint is from 2006.
Main sail and a jib, both in good condition. Brand new main sheet, blocks, and lots of other rigging.
Easy to handle and sail singlehanded. The boat is titled and registered through 2010 in New Mexico.
Has a rare BUKH two stroke diesel in it with a 15 gallon tank that will last a whole summer of trolling alone.
Have a boat stand on top of a flat bed trailer. No title for the trailer but will give bill of sale for boat stand and trailer for less.
