I've purchased another sailboat in the same marina and don't want to pay 2 slip fees! The current slip at Lynn Creek Marina is available for renewal.
2010 8 HP - 4 Stroke Tohatsu Outboard motor, Long shaft, with push button Electric Starter & Alternator.
The slip fee is paid up until July 25th.
This boat is a great entry level cruiser. I take it out for sunset sails after work during the week to relax, and race against other members ofthe club on the weekends I have it rigged for solo handling, or it’s really easy for 2 people to sail. I purchased the boat in 2006 as a fixer-upper and have done a lot of work and upgrades on it. Including replacing the motor in May 2010. I last snorkeled down and scrubbed the bottom clean April of this year.
This is not some "needs some work" or "needs a little TLC", I've already done all that! This boat is ready to sail right now as is. I do not plan to leave Joe Pool Lake any time soon, my new boat is just one dock over! So if you leave the boat on that lake, and ever need help or want me to go out sailing with you just give me call.
The sailboat appraises at $4,020, the motor at $1,800. I am willing to let the two go together for $3,900. All offers accepted, including partial finance.
