The boat is currently in dry dock storage in Redwood City, CA. It needs work but was being sailed before I picked it up about a month ago. The boat comes with a furling jib, main sail, a 4 hp Sailmaster longshaft motor and life vests. Sails look to be original so they are old (the main sail has been repaired). The rigging was recently replaced but needs to be adjusted by someone who knows what they are doing. Cabin leaks (not the hull, the cabin) but a dose of sealant should take care of the leaks. The hull is in good shape (no blisters) but a repair was made to the bow.

After one buyer looked at the boat he indicated that it needed extensive work so I would not feel right about selling it in the condition it is currently in. Instead I will be using the parts off of this boat to fix another one like it and then maybe selling that one.
Thanks for the warnings about the scams. I must have had about 2-3 of these as soon as the ad was posted. They sure are easy to spot once you know what to look for.
I will continue to use your site to look for future boats.
