1983 7.5 HP Johnson Sailmaster outboard
2005 custom Trail-n-Sail Galvanized trailer by Road King.
Fixed keel and new off the trailer bottom paint 02/2008 with Interlux Micron CSC.
This boat was totally refurbished in 2006 including new items as follows:

1 main sail in good condition with slugs that go up and down easily. 1 jib in good condition with new sta-set New England rope.
Trailer is in great condition with an extended launching tongue, bearing buddies, two speed winch, and all lights work.
Original motor, always starts and runs good, includes 6 gallon tank, and will push the boat at about 7.5 to 8 mph. New water pump and plugs in 2006, no dings in prop or skeg.
Boat will sleep 2 adults in v-berth and 2 adults comfortably in the salon and 2 kids if you don't mind being cramped. A lot bigger inside than most 22' boats. Includes porta potty hidden under the v-berth cushions.

Easy to sail, this was our first boat and we didn't have any problems. We have 2 kids and this was plenty of boat for us. It's out of the water for the season and I just finished painting the bottom. It's never been in salt water and we have paper work from all the previous owners. This is a very stable boat in great condition for the age and ready to sail. We sailed it less than a dozen times since we've owned it. It launches pretty easy for a boat with a full keel, thanks to the built in trailer extension. Great boat that's ready to be dropped in the water and sailed.
