This boat is an excellent choice for a couple or new family!
Very well taken care of, kept clean and well maintained.

Five Sails: 110 jib w/ Green sunbrella on CDI roller furler in good shape, full batten mainsail, Original mainsail in good shape, hank on jib w/ jib bag and a drifter (not used by me) in good shape.
Electrical system is in good condition, deep cycle marine battery w/ inline volt meter, 11w Flexible Solar Panel w/ Charge regulator, Ritchie bulkhead compass, and a horizon VHF. NEW digital depth meter '09, 12v power ports in cabin, and 2 low draw 12 volt fans.
Interior: cabin and cockpit cushions are in very good condition. Cockpit cushions new in '07. Interior cushions have custom slip covers. Interior teak trim is in good condition. Table can be placed in cockpit for outside dining. Cooler, Port a potty, teak storage bins.
On deck: New Anchor cleat, Custom Tiller '07, new Bimini '08, Side rail lashing boards, winch and tiller covers are included.

Hull is clean, could use a polish.

All lights function except for the Masthead light, needs new connector.
All manuals and papers for all systems, boat and motor included.
Stored under cover in driveway.
Bottom paint could be better, but boat is dry sailed, so has not been addressed.
Motor: 9.9 hp Mercury long shaft 2 stroke outboard with a fresh service summer '07 (w/ less than 8 hours since service), runs great.
Trailer: galvanized and in good shape, new spare tire '08, New Axle '07 (raised 2 inches to accommodate my driveway slope), NEW wiring, New lights and New tongue jack, bunks in good shape, new winch, strap and bow roller in '09.
