1984 Hunter 25.5
Bottom job in the spring of 02. It was done at Dutchman's Cove. The bottom was faired of small blisters, barier coated and Bottom Kote paint. The bottom is in good condition. I keep the growth down.
1996 4 stroke Mercury 9.9hp long shaft outboard on rising bracket. Runs great when used regularly. Last oil change 2003. Maybe 20 hours on it.
The Main sail is in good condition. Maybe 30 hours of use, no racing. Purchased from North Direct in 01. It has some stains from muddobbers etc, nothing too bad. I have a 100% and 135% jibs, with hanks. Both serviceable but not new. I also have a Genniker or Cruising Spinnaker with a launching sock, in great condition
It has a depth sounder, knot meter, bulkhead compass, AM/FM/Cassette player with internal and external speakers. Microwave/120vac outlets and Alcohol stove. Lifejackets, flairs, Q-Beam, horn, shore power cord etc... 12vdc marine battery w/charger. Mosquito netting for the "pop-top" and all hatches.
The entire boat is in good condition. The interior is also in excellent condition. The boat is kept at the Lago Vista Marina on the north side of Lake Travis. It is access controlled but I am available to show the boat. If you really want a good lake boat, this is one of those "good deals" you hear about. I have enjoyed the boat and want her to continue to be sailed.
I will warranty the structure and motor for one year from major failures that can be shown to be an existing condition at time of purchase.
