General:
The '81 "Cherubini" Hunter 25 is a desirable model due to the 8 opening portlights and interior. The fin keel has a good ballast ratio and along with the spade rudder, this is a well-balanced and very good performing boat. All of the work is complete! Just get on, and sail with confidence:
Professional bottom-job completed June 05. Taken down to fiberglass, then four coats of epoxy, followed by three coats of Vinylester and two coats of Trinidad anti-fouling. Consider this the 20 year bottom job!
New Standing Rigging - June 05
New Running Rigging - June 05
New interior fabric (Sunbrella) - 2003.
New bimini (Sunbrella) - Jun 2005.
New Bomar forward hatch – Aug. 05
Accommodations:
V-berth forward, singles on port and starboard settees. Single port quarter berth.
Electronics:
Garmin 180 GPS works great.
Eagle Magna Fishfinder and sounder.
Galley & Head:
Galley has 2-burner alcohol stove, single-bowl sink with pressure water.
Nice porta-pottee (as porta-pottees go) forward of saloon prior to v-berth. Doors fore and aft for privacy.
Sail Inventory:
Excellent sail inventory with two mains, and three head-sails (130, 110, 100), all in good condition. Also comes with an asymmetrical spinnaker (and pole) which is also in good condition.
Owner financing possible
Good timing David. The Hunter 25 can be marked as sold. While the sale came off of sailboatlisting.com, I did receive a fair amount of inquires generated from your site.
Thanks
Ned
