Very good condition on the exterior, and excellent on the interior.

I purchased this in Clear Lake, Texas, 9/05 and sailed it to Port Aransas 10/05.

It is easy to sail, well equiped, and a nice cruiser.

Interior wood was refinished in 6/06

new halyard on 3/06, and new bilge pumps in 1/03

Sails are in good condition

all rigging is working.

Survey was done in 9/05.
