372 sq. ft. sail area
This boat is in the water, sailable, and comes with 5 sails including a nearly unused main, genoa, working jib, heavy weather jib, spinnaker and sailcover. I removed the original motor and built a custom bracket for the Honda on the transom. Several things were in unserviceable shape when I bought the boat. I removed them, and they have not yet been replaced: Centerboard, complete galley, original head (now there's a portapotty), electrical wiring, cabin cushions and side upholstery.
I have installed a permanent shelf in the lazarette for the gas tank, new jiffy reefing, masthead tricolor, steaming light (not connected), replaced halyards, painted the bottom and topsides in 2008.
The hull, deck, and rig are sound and sails are in good condition. The Honda has less than 75 hours on it. The non-skid areas of the deck need to be refinished. The teak on deck is still in place, but should be renewed.
2002 Honda 9.9hp longshaft outboard with a 6 amp alternator and a deep cycle marine battery included. May sell boat without mortor.
