solid inboard diesel engine, fixed keel located in Tampa Bay, FL. docked in marina. Boat came from RI in the spring 05 outside bottom was refurbished/painted prior to water entry. The inside needs a little TLC, sleeps four, bathroom, kitchen, eating area and captain sleeper. The deck is in good condition, sails are included as well as Sirius Satellite Radio equipment.
I hurt my back in August so ocean sailing is on hold for awhile. The picture of the boat out of water is prior to delivery, notice the snow in RI at the boat yard.
