1969 Lone Star 13
Length: 13'1"
Beam: 5'1"
Draft: 5" to 3'
Capacity: 600 lbs
Sloop: mainsail and jib
This classic Lone Star 13 (LS-13) has been fully restored and sails beautifully. The deck and inside have been painted and the hull is the original aqua green gelcoat. This is a dry boat and is simple to rig and sail with one person. The LS-13 employs twin aluminum lever-activated leeboards in place of a centerboard. This excellent feature provides the sailor with a lot of leg room for a boat of this class. She seats four people comfortably. There are two new Harken cam cleats with flairleads for the jib sheets and a new Harken swivel cam base with block for the mainsheet. The halyards are new and the sails are in decent shape and ready to hoist.
The trailer is the original Shoreline and it has been fully restored with new paint, new runner boards, new tires, new wires and lights, and new winch line. It is registered through September 2008 and ready to roll.
David, the boat sold in three days!!! Thank you!
