Great condition. Fresh water boat. We enjoyed this boat as a sailing vessel and as a power boat for tubing! It makes for a great family cruiser. Mast and sails were stored separately when the pictures were taken; they are available for inspection and included in the sale. Clear title is transferable upon full and clear payment. 2 new tires were installed in 2007.
