Very nice, well cared for coastal cruiser or inland
lake boat. Boat looks nearly new. No scraps,
scratches, stains, or blisters. She is a great boat
to sail. Very responsive and stable.
Shoal draft - keel/centerboard combo

New hand-held bilge pump
No leaks
Lots of storage
Could sleep 2 adults and 2 children very comfortably
Mid-1990's Evinrude 4 hp outboard- looks like new and
just had a tune-up
dual axle steel trailer with nearly new tires and in
excellent condition- only fresh water.

This is a very nice little boat. She has spent most
of her life on a trailer and dry. She is easy to
launch and easy to sail. Our distance from her
necessitates her sell.
