Sails are in good to very good shape
Engine is a late 1990's Long Shaft Johnson 8hp that had less than 50 hours on it when I bought it a little over a year ago
Hull, Deck and inside are in very good shape and very clean. The inside has been meticulously cleaned and shows very well
The Rigging is in very good shape
The only thing I was planning on doing this year was waxing the hull and giving it a fresh coat of bottom paint
Lights work, electrical, plumbing, etc, is all in good working condition.
Cushions are in good to above average shape.
