"Goosebumps" is a 7 out of 10. Very solid boat that needs to be sailed. There are several lifejackets and a couple of winch handles. I would suggest a buffing(minor) and maybe some new running rigging(lines). That would bring her from a 7 to an 8 or 8.5. You’ve got to see this one. She sits on a hydro hoist that is included in the purchase price.
