1980 Pearson 26
I bought this boat just a year ago, and as my first sailboat I've been very
pleased. I sailed from Houston to Corpus Christi where she is currently
docked. Unfortunately I must sell due to a baby on the way (my wife says we
need a minivan... if you have one to trade, contact me!). In my opinion the
best feature of this boat is the open, wide cockpit and solid feel in the
water. All lines run to the cockpit and she is easy to singlehand with the
roller furler.
LOA - 26'2"
Beam - 8'8"
Draft - 4'
Engine: Johnson 9 hp outboard - great condition
Profurl roller furler
Sails - three, Main, genoa, and spinnaker
Tiller steering
Red cockpit cushions - like new
Portable head
Shore power setup - 30 amp 125v
Red bimini and sail covers
Cook stove - two burner propane
Air conditioner - portable hatch unit
Winches - 3
Safety rails
1 Danforth Anchor
2 bilge pumps
Saturn Compass
Horizon VHF radio
Freshwater tank
I'm leaving the coast to move to the hill country and need to sell the boat by the end of Feb. Will entertain any offers.
David,
Thank you for listing my boat on your web site. I sold my
boat.
Again, thanks so much for the great number of contacts I
received from listing on your site.
