Hull is purported to be sound with no failure of coatings, but as we have never launched this vessel, we personally cannot verify this.
Has inboard engine compartment; NO engine.
Have been told this vessel could be "sailed now in light wind" but lots of TLC needed for quality restoration.
Cert of Title for a Vessel available in original owner's name (issued by DNR of MD)

We actually do have the boat sold. The buyer has given us 50% of the purchase price already; when he gives us the second half of the payment I was going to let you know, but you can go ahead & mark it "sold" now. (I doubt he's going to back out now!)
