Built in 1971 this is hull number 37, Pearson 30's are built bullet proof, hull is solid fiberglass with no core material to be concerned about water intrusion.
Kobota 22 HP diesel engine, less than 250 hours, new 1999 fresh water cooled with heat exchanger, best Pearson auxiliary powered on the bay (this is not a claim but is fact). Easy engine alignment with flex coupling. Auto oil changer, duel fuel filters, easy clean water filter, etc... will do 8 knots under motor.
