one main and one jib in good condition
all the rigging is in good shape
The boat is in a wet slip at Chandlers Landing Marina
on Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall,Tx. just out side of
Dallas. 9\05 a new epoxy resin base bottom job was
done. The hull and the deck are in good condition.
This is a all around nice cruiser/racer. This boat
sails in almost no air and being fixed keel it's a
real stable heavy air boat. It has a sink and fresh
water reserve. nice wood cabinet doors and bulk head.
Sleeps 5 adults no problem and you could even put a
couple of kids in there with you if you were crazy. At
this price it's a steal and will not last long. I
might have a trailer with it for an additional $1100
