I had the rudder made by copying an original. It is an exact
replica and brand new. I added a pin to hold the rudder up when
motoring and a battle stick tiller extension.

trim needs to be removed around the centerboard and seal it. When she sails water drips the whole time you are under way.
on the deck inside the spray rail next to the mast
is a soft spot where someone to big stood next to the mast. There are
no visible cracks or breaks but if step there to get to the jib you can
feel it give a little.
No rot in the hull
she could be sailing in fifteen minuets. Just step the mast and go!
