There is 2 bench seating with lots of storage under each along with storage under the berth at the bow.
The boat comes with the main sail, jib and genoa all in good condition. The main sail is under cover when not in use which keeps the sail from the elements. The jib is on a furling system with a sunbrella boarder also keeping the sail from the elements and allowing for you to sail the boat single handed.
This great boat has an 8 foot beam, 4 foot draft, fixed keel, battery with battery tender and working bilge pump. Since there are no leaks the bilge pump doesn't get much if any use, but, it is there for your piece of mind.
I don't really know if the boat has been in saltwater, the owner I purchased it from did not have it in salt water and it has not been in salt water during my ownership.
I have the bottom cleaned twice a year. I keep this boat in wonderful condition and it is a MUST SEE!!!
Registration is current through 2018. This boat sails great!!
Currently this boat is located at Twin Coves Marina in Flower Mound TX. on Lake Grapevine. Slip fees vary based on the size of the slip and you would need to talk with the marina manager to get a quote on slip fees.
There is no trailer for this boat.
