Beautifully restored Bolger Bobcat. Basically a hard-chined plywood Beetle Cat.
This boat is great for beginners and anyone looking for a laid back day on the water.
It’s like sailing a sofa. So nice, so plush.
This catboat is 12 long and 6’ wide. It draws about 8” with the centerboard up.
Professionally built in Georgia of marine ply with fiberglass and epoxy.
I have been fixing some minor bugs over the past year or two. Freshly painted and varnished with brand new floorboards.
Catboats were developed for stability with large gaff rigged sails for shallow waters.
Easy to sail alone. Great for two. Three are comfortable on good weather days.
If I didn’t have more boats to work on, I wouldn’t be selling. But I only have room for one in my garage.
