An E-Scow is a 28 foot one design racing sailboat that is regularly sailed with a crew of 3-4 people.
There is no ballast in this boat. Instead you and your crew put your feet in hiking straps and lean out over the edge to control the heel.
Speaking of healing. These boats are designed to be sailed healed over. They have twin boards and twin rudders.
An E-Scow is a very exciting boat to sail.
Included is a tandem axle trailer, two main sails, two jibs, one asymmetrical spinnaker.
This boat has been upgraded to add new style rudders, carbon fiber bow sprit, mast modification to carry masthead asymmetrical spinnaker.
If you want to race, the boat is ready for that too.
It has been proven to still be very competitive in local club races.
E Scows are 28 feet overall. 6 feet 9 inches wide, weigh just 965 pounds and carry 323 square feet of working sail and a 550 square foot asymmetrical spinnaker.
I do have clean titles in my possession for both the boat and trailer.
If you will be towing any distance, I would recommend replacing the trailer tires.
The trailer lights will also need to be serviced. I recommend just replacing them.
