1972 Balboa 20, Hull #710
This sailboat is being listed by the original owner
It is constructed with an extra thick hand-laid up fiber glass hull, has a self-bailing cockpit and a heavy 450 lb. retractable keel that makes her self-righting and very stable
The large four bunk cabin contains a porta-potti, galley with water tank, sink and dinette
She is equipped with running lights, bow pulpit and life lines, back stay and double fore-stay
Sails consist of jib and newer main
Included are anchor with rode, life jackets and boarding ladder. This Balboa 20 is in excellent condition, has never been in salt water and is fast, fun and ready to go into the water
The trailer has been sand-blasted and repainted, has lights and is in fine condition
The motor is a 6 h.p. Chrysler long shaft. It has been well maintained and would most likely need a tune-up
