Bauer 12, 2003 Sailing dinghy.
I am sadly selling this great sailing dinghy only because I have purchased a larger boat. I have kept her in mint condition.
A custom cover has kept her protected from the elements.
12'6" long with a roomy 6' beam, weighs 330 lbs., 12 inch draft. swing keel and rudder.
Full batten main and a convenient roller furling jib.
There is no trailer or motor. Trailers can be found on Craigslist for $200-$400.
This is a great boat for kids and adults alike. It is the most fun and versatile boat that I have owned.
Currently the manufacturer Bauteck.com lists the boat for over $8,000 with all the options that I have. It was originally bought at the Annapolis Sailboat show in 2003 as the show display model.
