1998 Bauer 12
The standard bauer 12 daysailer features an off-white fiberglass hull and liner, self bailing cockpit, vinyl rubrail, foam floatation, stainless steel bow eye, three open cubbies for storage, drain plug, polymer creaming, polymer retractable center board, polymer beaching rudder, teak and ash laminated tiller, aluminum spars, marconi rig (118 s.f. sail area), white dracon jib and main sail with reef points and full battens, topping lift, all sheets and halyards.
A roller furling jib and the rowing package make this a great rowing or sailing dinghy. Deep cockpit seating, comfortable for 4.
The boat is in excellent condition and ready to sail.
There is no trailer.

David the boat is sold. Thank you so much for your wonderful site. I had 3 bona fide offers at the original price of $2400. 2 were too low but one buyer in North Carolina offered the full price $2400 but we couldn't get together on how to get the boat to him. One day after we reduced the price to $1600 a Florida buyer bought it and I had 4 new inquiries. . I guess the $2400 was too high and maybe the $1600 was too low but I am happy and the new owner is thrilled. He had been looking for a Bauer 12 for a long time. I can't thank you enough, your web site is great.
