Boat was made in Canada, 29 foot mast made in France.
This is a two owner boat. The first owner bought the boat new and took it to Marysville Tennessee, so the boat has been kept in fresh water.
Engine:
8.5 HP Yanmar Diesel
Gets about 20 miles per gallon of diesel when running on the engine.
Keel:
Has full keel. Draws 3 1/2 feet of water.
Bottom and sides had new paint applied over last winter
Sails:
Main sail was replaced and is almost new condition.
Working jib is in excellent condition
Large Genoa (135%) is in good condition
Storm sail is in good condition.

Thanks for your help in putting in the ad. I could have used your knowledge in what to tell people. I got into a problem because when to first person wanted it but then had trouble with his truck on the way up and canceled. In the mean time another person wanted right of first refusal which I said I would give him. But then a third couple came up and saw it but didn't make a decision then but gave me some earnest money but told me not to cash it. Well, then the second person showed up and gave me a check for the amount I had told them all and I accepted it. Then the third couple called and were mad as a wet hen and very disappointed. I guess what I learned, would be to tell everyone that the first person when gives a good check for the full amount gets it, period. Give first refusal right and accepting earnest money when we didn't have an agreement were wrong. But with maybe a dozen people replying to the ad and then not following thru, I did the best I could. I feel bad that I hurt anyones feelings.
