    ACCOMMODATIONS:

CABIN: Enter comfortably from the cockpit through the large screened (and locking doors) companionway, on the easy-descent, non-skid teak stairway. Very spacious Cabin with all opening, screened portholes for natural light. The Cabin is enhanced by a classic fully-screened Butterfly Hatch (skylight) with all new lexan panes for lots of natural interior light and excellent ventilation.

In the Salon is the spacious and memory foam-comfortable 9' Settee, recent upholstery, with seating for parties of 6 or more, which easily converts to an oversized sleeping area. The Teak and Holly Sole (throughout) coordinates nicely with central teak pedestal table, with drawer and storage cabinet in base of pedestal. The table ingeniously transforms from a very small footprint to become a huge dining/work/sewing/drawing table.

BERTHS: Sleeps owners and their guests in two double staterooms w/ comfortable foam and memory foam mattresses, plus convertible dinette berth, for a total of 6 berths. Staterooms are aft, port & starboard, with double berths, hanging lockers and chests of drawers. Fans and two screened opening portholes in each stateroom as well as overhead screened hatch for plenty of natural light and ventilation, with bulkheads that can be dropped into their pocket, thereby opening to the Salon.

The NAV STATION is home to the convertible teak bench (huge stowage area underneath bench) that can face either the Settee (for even bigger parties!) or the Nav Station. The desk/table in the Nav Station slides out to accommodate a full sized chart, or retracts for even more space. Under the table is a shelf to secure a bounty of chartbooks. Also you will see Drawers, stowage and shelves for all your goodies. There are also two large and spacious shelves as well as a teak magazine rack and plenty of AC and DC outlets. Power management stations (circuit breakers), both AC and DC are located at Nav Station area. You will see dedicated circuit breakers for electrical components of this well-kept sailboat.

The GALLEY is spacious, with a huge pantry, also a large top-loading icebox/refrigerator with recent Adler Barbour Cold Machine, including a generous freezer (ahhh, icecubes!), good counterspace and a deep SS sink with H + C pressure water from a gooseneck faucet, also a bronze manual seawater pump. Water from the faucet is filtered via under-counter "Smart Water" filtration system. For cooking, you will see a Stainless Steel Force 10 gimbaled propane stove (2 burners and oven) with a latching cover for extra counterspace when not in use. Propane is monitored and regulated by the 12V propane control/detection system with sensors.

HEAD: Forward you will find the large, well appointed Head, with generous shower w/ sump pump & Wilcox Crittendon commode w/ 30 gallon aluminum holding tank "Y" valved to deck fitting and/or macerator pump, large towel/linen closet, swiveling mirror, magnificent teak cabinets for stowage-stowage-stowage. . .

This proven BlueWater Cruiser is presently berthed on the East Coast of Florida. (Titusville) A slip is available.

She is a real head-turner, with her classic clipper profile, teak scrollwork on the pulpit that gives her that traditional Gozzard appearance and just enough touches of teak to give her an elegant air. Best of all, she truly is a magnificent and seaworthy SAILBOAT, sails nearly into the wind and responds like a champion.
