I bought the boat through the sailingtexas website and it was an awsome experience. I sailed her for one season and then was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, so havent had a chance to put her back in the water since. This boat is very easy to sail and very forgiving. Can be sailed by one person as all rigging runs aft to the cockpit. It comes with a tandem axle trailer and is easy to launch and recover. Has excellent interior, sleeps four comforatably. The outboard runs great but should probably be tuned up since it hasnt been in the water for two season. The bottom could also use a fresh paint job.
Here is what comes with the boat:
one mainsail, in excellent condition
one jib sail, in very good condition
one genoa sail, in very good condition
halyards and sheets, in excellent condition
1985 4.5 HP Mercury outboard longshaft
3 gallon fuel tank

2 burner stove
stainless steel sink
10 gallon freshwater holding tank
deep cycle marine battery
deep cycle marine battery charger (used twice)
set up for dual 12 V batteries
kenwood am/fm CD player with amp and speakers
fire extinguisher
two anchors with rodes and rope
Humminbird depth indicator
misc. life vests
