Coach house has 2 winches New tiller new bronze fittings Teak comings in good shape
Interior Simple but functional Vbirth with water tank under, head with marine toilet, hanging locker, main cabin port and starboard settees. Electrical system, new marine battery (November 2009) new electronic bilge pump, circuit breakers, electrical panels but needs to be rewired. Hull, topside professionally all gripped, new bronze through hulls and valves, scuppers reworked Deck stanchions re bedded, Genoas track removed and wholes filled, most hardware stripped for repainting.
