Boat is currently 'on the hard' at Rockport, TX.

The boat has 5 sails all in good shape.

Here is a list of things I have recently done to repair and up grade the boat:

New halyards

New VHF radio w/masthead antenna

Installed swim ladder and outboard motor holder on transom (for redundancy)

replaced engine exhaust hose from engine to transom

cleaned/lubed thru-hull valves

Installed companionway mounted a/c

cut off 2" from corroded mast bottom and compensated with a stainless steel 'riser'

oil change in the A-4 engine

installed electric bilge pump w/float switch

re-plumbed manual bilge pump w/new hose

a gallon of bottom paint is included with the boat
