    ACCOMMODATIONS: Boat has 6 feet 2 inches plus of headroom throughout. Biggest V berth of any vessel in its class sleeps 2 and has insert. Settee berths port and starboard with fold down dining table in between seats 4-6. Huge quarterberth sleeps one and one half adults or 2 children. Head has handheld shower and overboard sump pump. Hanging locker. Updated cabin cushions professionally cleaned on regular basis. 2 overhead hatches (both with day/night solar vents new in 2007) and four opening ports with screens. Fold down pedestal table in cockpit.

    GALLEY: 5 c.f. icebox very well insulated. 2 burner Origo nonpressurized alcohol stove. Sink has hot and cold pressure water and cold water foot pump. Icebox has overboard pump.

    ELECTRONICS/NAVIGATION: Standard horizon depth and speed. Pedestal mounted compass. Autohelm 1000 wheel pilot. Standard vhf mounted at custom nav station with fold down table over quarterberth. Windex.

    ELECTRICAL: 2 recent wet cell batteries. 12 volt system with interior and exterior lights and cigarette lighter receptacle. Shore power AC system with cord.

    HULL AND DECK: Solid fiberglass hull with Awlgrip topsides and barrier coated bottom. Micron extra bottom paint. Manual and electric bilge pumps with float switch.

    SAILS AND RIGGING: 140 % genoa on Furlex roller furler. Full batten main with lazy jacks. Cruising spinnaker with ATN tacker, sheets and blocks. Sails serviced in 2007. Custom dodger, awning and cockpit cushions. Custom canvas covers for wheel, winches, and dodger glass.

    ADDITIONAL: Second owner of nine years has added/upgraded the following, most of which are recent: Cockpit cushions, awning attaches to dodger, hot water heater, all fresh water tanks including additional 35 gal. tank under v berth; all fresh water hoses; new head, holding tank and heavy duty hoses; holding tank can be pumped out through deck or overboard when offshore with hand pump; cutlass bearing replaced; PSS dripless shaft seal; stop cable on engine; fuel filter assembly on engine; batteries; all four opening ports removed and rebedded; cabin sole refinished with Bristol Finish; 2007 improvements include new raw water pump, new exhaust flange and new exhaust mixing elbow, and custom modification to stern rail to permit easy walk through from swim ladder.

    EXCLUSIONS: Anything not listed here is excluded. For instance, BBQ, handheld GPS and mount, digital thermometer, binoculars and box, charts, bedding, galley equipment, dingy and outboard.
