Description of condition and equipment:
The hull is rock solid, the sails are in good shape, the outboard is less than a year old and has <100 hours on it.
The boat is currently in a slip in Titusville, FL.
It should be taken out and washed/painted. Other than that, she needs some TLC.
There are many little projects to do, some blistering and cracking to check (especially around the stanchions), and there is no electrical installed. In addition to sails and motor, the boat has a 22lb QCR anchor with 45ft of chain and 110 ft of rode + chain, all required safety equipment, composting toilet, shore power cord, wet dry vac, portable heater, kayak to use as a dinghy if desired, one solar panel.
I have taken this boat across Florida and the previous owner took her from the Chesapeake to Florida.
The inboard engine was removed prior to 2020 along with the shaft.
The cutlass bearing is plugged with a wooden plug and glassed over.
My reason for selling is twofold: 1) the upkeep is beyond my time and/or level of knowledge (nothing that YouTube couldn't help with, but I don't have the time), and 2) I had wanted to use it as a seaworthy liveaboard, but need more room for other projects that have taken priority.
