I am a 2000 Seaward 25' owner and I am lucky to have found her. She is truly the 'smallest big boat you could ever own! She is a wonderful, well built, high quality, safe, good looking, fun boat, similar to the Island Packet style yachts.

Boat came to Texas from Illinois off Lake Michigan and was stored indoors 7 months a year the first 20 years of its life. Has 25" wing keel so excellent for shallow areas and bays.

Has a Yanmar Inboard diesel that starts right up and runs like a top, estimate approx. 250 hours. Motor oil and filter changed June 2022.
All exterior teak just renewed with 4 coats of Cetal June 2022. Sails: main and 125% jib on CDI roller furling. Both sails were removed, cleaned and a bottom job performed in May 2020 Private head with 1 1/2 year old Jabsco marine head with 20 gallon holding tank, new hoses and a shower head. Cabin lights.
