ACCOMMODATIONS:
Comfortable V Berth forward with hanging locker and drawers.
Forward head has composting toilet and access from V Berth and main cabin.
Main cabin has L shaped settee to port, full length settee to starboard. Mast has been framed in with folding table and 2 leaves. Woodwork throughout is very professional with lots of detail.
Navigation desk is to port of companionway with electric panels. Air Conditioning unit is installed under the navigation desk. Ductwork can be rechanneled behind furniture. Flat Screen TV is mounted facing seating in main cabin.
Galley is to starboard in passage between main cabin and aft cabin. Full headroom. Large sink next to companionway. Microwave and stove are outboard. Original icebox has been removed and replaced with large Yeti cooler on slide out drawer.
Aft cabin is huge with centerline queen sized berth and storage cabinets on both sides. Flat screen TV is framed in and mounted facing the berth.
Aft head is large with toilet removed to make space for a large shower.
Access to engine and utility space is excellent.
DECK, SAILS, RIGGING:
All teak on deck has been well maintained and nicely finished. Dorades are located on forward cabin top either side of beautiful wood swimming ladder with canvas cover.
Center Cockpit is large with plush cockpit cushions, binnacle, wheel, large headsail winches and engine controls. Centerboard mechanism is next to companionway.
Full Bimini with enclosure.
Lots of room on deck forward and aft.
Sloop rig. Standing rigging is in good shape. Some running rigging and sails should be replaced.
ELECTRICAL:
12v system for navigation and cabin lighting, instruments and accessories
110v shore power with outlets in cabin and power for A/C
All wiring has been redone
Instruments are not working and must be updated when replaced.
