Pearson Yachts are known to be solidly built. They have full keels, and are incredibly easy to sail. Pearson 35s were the boat used in the first fleet of Moorings charters in the BVIs.

It also has a centerboard which is easily raised and lowered. With the centerboard up the draft is only 3'8". With it down the draft is 7'5"

This boat sails like a dream, and is incredibly comfortable! It's perfect for an afternoon sail with friends, or for a weekend trip to a secluded cove up the lake. Sleeps four people in two separate, private sleeping areas.
There are currently no marina slips available to rent on Lake Travis, but our slip is available to convey with the boat. The rent is $299 per month and includes electric hook-up, in-slip water connection, marina bathrooms and showers. This huge slip-side dock, the largest in the marina, with it's own swim ladder, is great for parties/dinners in the marina. Table, chairs, umbrella and dock box are also available for purchase. Kayak also available for purchase. No trailer.
